Data protection notice 

IMMOFINANZ AG (“Immofinanz”), as the responsible party under data protection law, will process the participants' name and the winner's name and email address for the purpose of carrying out the competition (fulfilment of the contract). Data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be processed exclusively in the European Union

The personal data will be processed and used for the purpose of the competition and Immofinanz is acting as data processor. The data will only be stored as long as it is necessary for the processing of the competition or due to legal obligations. Afterwards, Immofinanz takes measures to delete the data or to store it in a form with which you are no longer identifiable.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability regarding the processing of your data. If your data is only processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, you also have the right to object. If the data processing is based on your consent, you have the possibility to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, the data protection authority (Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna) is responsible for this.
