myhive flexible office products officially enter Poland

We are happy to announce that today we have officially introduced in Poland our new flexible premium products: mycowork and myoffice. The myhive brand was officially launched in Poland four years ago and has set new standards with regard to hospitality, services and community building. With the addition of the flexible solutions, we are once again best positioned to answer tenants increasing demand for higher flexibility with regard to size and length of contract. Myhive coworking spaces mycowork are already available at Warsaw’s myhive Warsaw Spire and myhive Park Postępu, and in few weeks also at myhive Nimbus. On the other hand, revolutionary, ready-made private offices with full infrastructure and services, available for rent from one month - myoffice, are currently being implemented within the entire Warsaw myhive portfolio.
The main distinguishing feature of the new, flexible myhive products is the aspect of the space itself, i.e. approx. 10 m2 / desk (approx. 100% larger compared to the industry standard). In addition, the attractiveness of the offer is also demonstrated by the unique design and high-quality furniture, both in offices and in common areas, adequate sunlight, fit-out and noise-reducing furniture, as well as excellent office infrastructure and services. All myhive flexible spaces also comply with all health and safety regulations.

A flexible workplace, without an assigned desk, starting from one month for one mycowork location (other locations can be purchased the on a daily pas basis), for people who like to work in a changing environment and do not need a permanent workplace. The all-inclusive price includes myhive membership benefits (including events, myhive app) full office infrastructure and comprehensive services.

mydesk

A private, dedicated desk in mycowork for people who like to work in a larger group of people. The all-inclusive price starts from a period of one month and includes myhive membership benefits (including events, the myhive app), full office infrastructure and comprehensive services.

myroom

This is a private office space in mycowork for people who like the atmosphere of cooperation in their own teams. The all-inclusive price starts from one month  and includes myhive membership benefits (including events, the myhive app), full office infrastructure and comprehensive services.

myoffice

Novelty on the market. An office with a separate entrance and complete office infrastructure for rent available from 1 month lease agreement. It is a perfect solution for companies with more than 30 employees. The myoffice offer can be prepared and adapted also depending on the individual needs of the customer – in case these are beyond the design and assumptions of myoffice, the rental period is at least 36 months.
