Especially in times like these, yoga and meditation can be important supportive factors to stay clear and gather inner strength for challenges. Currently there are 11 sessions per week to choose from: one in the morning (Monday to Saturday) and one in the evening (Monday to Friday), with three different focuses:
 
  • MiNDFUL flow: A dynamically active hour that will be an invigorating enrichment for you. A mixture of breathing techniques, mediation and Vinyasa Yoga.
  • Kundalini Yoga: Also called "Date with my Soul", it is considered the Yoga of energy. It offers a way to dive into your deepest core with the help of deep methods (physical, mental and meditative).
  • Meditation: Is a technique to observe thoughts, to identify stressful thoughts and to focus your full attention, unbiased, on the present moment.
