With far eastern healing and western manual therapy to less pain and tension. The roots of Shiatsu are thousands of years old teachings and forms of treatment, which have been combined with the findings of modern western medicine as well as with the principles of traditional Chinese medicine.
The overall goal of Shiatsu is a profound balancing of the entire system, muscles, organs, emotions and mind, because a balanced organism is characterized by strong self-healing powers, noticeable life energy and increased vitality.

Manuel Seiler, born and settled in Baden near Vienna helps his clients by means of Hara Shiatsu, his working method includes techniques from Shiatsu, Ampuku, Gua Sha, Moxibustion and Cupping.
