Dear myhive Community,
We would like to inform you that the City of Vienna has implemented new traffic regulations on Clemens-Holzmeister-Straße effective July 8, 2026. This measure directly affects access to properties on the Wienerberg.
Reason for the changes: The section of Clemens-Holzmeister-Straße between Wienerbergstraße and Hertha-Firnberg-Straße has been integrated into the City of Vienna’s main bicycle network, as suitable bicycle infrastructure cannot currently be implemented along Triester Straße.
Impact on you: A change in the one-way traffic pattern on Clemens-Holzmeister-Straße for private vehicles means that entry from Wienerbergstraße onto Clemens-Holzmeister-Straße toward Hertha-Firnberg-Straße is now only possible up to the entrance to the Billa Plus parking lot. Bus routes are exempt from this change. From Carl-Appel-Straße, Clemens-Holzmeister-Straße is accessible in both directions—that is, toward Wienerbergstraße as well as toward Hertha-Firnberg-Straße.
Please refer to the traffic map, which clearly illustrates the new traffic routing and the applicable access routes.
We are, of course, happy to answer any questions you may have.
Your myhive Community & Operations Management Team,
Julia Dobbler, Jana Warnecke, and Roxana Ignat
