be fit like a boxer without stepping into the ring? The BACKYARD CLUB VIENNA boxing workout offers a varied fitness program which also enhances coordination.
Enjoy classic boxing fitness exercises like skipping rope or punching bag intervals – while the experienced boxing coaches from BACKYARD CLUB VIENNA also take the time to teach and enhance the basics of boxing.
You will improve your legwork and coordination and strengthen your stamina as well as the muscles of your entire body. Protective equipment is not required as there are no punches to the body.
All of you who always wanted to try out boxing or are looking for a varied body-workout, now have the chance to do so on a free trial and then join the boxing course in the myhive Twin Towers.
On November 21 and 28, the myhive community is invited to the myhive boxing test workout. Both trial workouts will start at 6.30 p.m. and will last 75 minutes. A maximum of 18 places per training are available. So be quick and register via myhive-offices App with just a few clicks.
And: For all those who discover boxing as a new passion and want to participate in the varied fitness program in the future, we have organized a boxing course in the myhive Twin Towers starting in January 2019. Details will be communicated soon.
