"Dear myhive community,

in perfect combination to muscle and relaxation training after the Easter holidays, we have organised again a running workout after your daily work, focused on running technique and strengthening exercises.
Trainers are Lissi and Stefan – renowned for their courses at Tristyle-Your-Body.

As running distances will be short, this program is well suited for beginners who want to start their running workout.

Workouts take place each Tuesday, starting in CW 16, from April 17th to May 22nd, 2018, 5.30-6.30 p.m.

Offer: 5 units for 59 EUR*

Meeting point is at 5.25 p.m. at the myhive Welcome Desk. Please arrive dressed in your running gear.

Minimum number of participants is 10 persons, reservations are not transferrable. Please register here:

*Please note: Number of participants is limited. Booked units can’t be transferred and expire with end of the program.
