On 09th March 2018, AUMAIER & Partner Coaching GmbH will start the training as a Business Coach. Basic in the myhive Twin Towers.
The training will be set up with four two day modules from March until June 2018.
This systematical-solution-orientated basic course is ideally suited for HR experts, intern and extern consultants, service providers and executives.
Within the Business Coach training, attitude, questioning techniques and basic coaching methods, which perfectly fit in the mentioned positions and their communication requirements, will be conveyed.
You will gain basic coaching techniques as well as methods and selectively control the implementation.
The diploma will be received after a successfully passed Live-Coaching.
