myhive Haller Gardens is located in the 9th district at the corner of Haller utca and Soroksári út.
Soroksári út is an easy accessible main road with connections to Rákóczi and Petőfi bridge.
There are plenty of options if you prefer public transport:
tram lines 2 and 24 stop right in the front of the building.
Tram 51 stops at Haller utca/Mester utca, which is just 5 minutes away on foot.
There are several bus lines (23,54,55) operating along Soroksári út. They also stop in the front of the building.
Proximity to the Danube means that the building can be reached by public boat service as well. Boat D 11 stops at Haller utca.
Boráros tér junction is just a 5-minute stroll from the building. From there you can reach every part of the city.
Our underground garage provides parking service not only for our tenants, but guest parking solution is also available.
If someone is arriving by bicycle, we offer a bicycle storage with changing room and showers.

Modern, state-of-the-art office building situated in the fastest growth area of Budapest, the 9th district. The landmark building is situated close to the river bank, neighbouring the Millennium City Center. The 32,000 m2 myhive Haller Gardens office building is equipped with the highest technology and contains 7 office floors and a 3-level parking garage for 600 cars. The project’s amenities include a restaurant, a cafeteria and bank branches on the ground floor as well as a variety of restaurants, hotels and retail shopping within close proximity. On the upper floors offices have exclusive access to roof gardens and terraces.
The office building has a renovated garden which is not only looking great but provides areas for people to work outdoors, for small meetings or even larger events. A special feature of myhive Haller Gardens is that on the 7th floor our tenants have a private terrace with a beautiful view of the Danube and to the Buda hills. Our building was named after Count Janos Haller who was a Transilvanian writer and a politican in the 17th century. One of his works is called ‘Hármas História’, a collection of three stories. The refurbishment of myhive Haller Gardens was made along these lines, each garden is granted an identity:
- Alexander the great: The entrance area is great to conquer with a raw and unique garden.
- Great fables: A secluded environment surrounded by 4 walls, which makes it an ideal place to discuss on a small meeting.
- Troy’s great peril: We aim to surprise the users of the garden with interactive and unique furniture.
Our tenants and their guests not only come here to work, but also for a cultural experience and the garden is a memorial to János Haller.
