  • in case you need simple maintenance such as fixing leaking tap or loose door handle, our technicians are available to you daily
  • please create a ticket in system Revisio/iPortal, where each company has an account and our techicians will log it and provide fixing soon as possible
  • you can track the status of your ticket to see if your request has been seen, if the repair has been done or if there is necessary to purchase spare parts (in this case you will see in Revisio/iPortal estimated time of delivery)
  • in case of serious/extensive damages, please do not hesitate to contact our technicians directly +421 903 766 960 and afterwards create a ticket
  • please do not forget to report this issue to our Property management so they could track the solving of this issue
