Paddleboarding workshop

Hello myhive community,
We have prepared for you another summer refreshment - paddleboarding workshop
You had a chance to to learn the basics of paddleboarding on Kuchajda lake, which is next door to our offices.
Two hour workshop were devoted to:
  • theory of paddling
  • basics paddleboard stances on land
  • paddling on knees
  • paddling while standing
  • forward paddling
  • switching of the paddle
  • basics rotations on paddleboard
After a tiresome training, you could enjoy relaxing yoga on water.
The paddlboarding instructor provided you with high quality inflatable paddleboard, adjustable paddle, vest, safety leash.
