Borrowing is new buying

Hello myhive community,

Have you ever been in need of a drill and you don't have one at home?
Did you get a last minute ticket to a festival and don't own a tent and a sleeping bag?
Are you going to the beach and would you like an umbrella?

Items of occasional-use cost a lot of money and many just take up space in your closets and have no further use.
At the same time, in large-scale production, these objects burden our Earth, spend limited resources and create unnecessary waste.

At myhive Vajnorská, we have great news that will save you money, space in the household and are also environmentally friendly - The Library of Things.

The Library of Things is a worldwide concept for borrowing of items of occasional-use.
As many as 90% of people who regularly use libraries of things say they have more money for the things they care about and feel better connected to their community.

60% of users of libraries of things have become more interested in their surroundings and started repairing, recycling or upcycling more items in their home.


Items from the library of things can be borrowed in the lobby of the myhive Vajnorská | Tower 2 from our receptionists on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00

Rules:

  1. When borrowing, please prove yourself with your myhive access card or myhive app. Write down your name, contact and the company you work for.
  2. If you need an item that has just been borrowed, you can contact the reception about the expected return date by phone at +421 2 3219 9430 or by email at recepciavajnorska2@myhive-offices.com
  3. Items must be picked up until 24h from reservation.
  4. Return items on time. You can borrow things for 1 week.
  5. Borrowed items need to be returned clean so that another member of the myhive community can use them immediately.
  6. In case of damage, please inform the reception to ensure safe use by other users.
