The art of relaxation and focus training.
Deriving from Buddhist traditions, mindfulness training helps to achieve emotional balance, teaches the art of concentration and how to deal with stress. During two sessions, "Breath" and "Relaxation" the myhive community had the opportunity to learn the basics of the practice, whose guiding principle is "to be here and now". We prepared gifts for participants in the form of guides and special Mindfulness pillows, which will be a perfect addition to further practice. Now, more than ever, it is important to take care of yourself and your peace of mind as much as possible.
