The event kicked off with the networking healthy breakfast. A special guest Jakub Voboril, a personal trainer at OTC, introduced new trends in training - EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) method. It is very intensive and effective training when muscles are strengthened to depth in only 20 minute excercise. EMS method uses low voltage that has the best effect for strengthening deep muscles. Our tenants had the unique chance to try EMS training and side events were part of the program for two days at myhive Pankrac House.
