Charity Week at myhive

How great it is to help others! We made sure of that in January, when many of us took part in myhive Charity Week. This exceptional week commenced with educational meeting, where we learnt more about starvation problem in Sub-Saharan Africa, as well as, we met with Rise Against Hunger non-profit organization representative.

The continuation of our initiative was 5KM = 200PLN Event, where we invited our tenants to cover 5 kilometers by walk or running. For which, we transferred 200PLN for organization. It is a distance, which is equal to the way that kids in Africa walk every day to school, where they have their only meal of the day. Thanks to our participants, we gathered 13000zł for the RAH organization – that equals to yearly supply of food for 43 children!

We are also pleased to announce that the online meeting was conducted by our new intern in Community Management department Maja Strzelec. It was Maja’s first expert talk, where she did great and showed that events are her element. We wish her lots of success in our company.
