We are active 24/7, we want to do everything and we think we are invincible. Fatigue does not stop us, so we speed up the rhythm most of the time. But stress begins to make its presence felt and causes many problems. The expert of the community, doctor Ana-Maria Stoica touched, in the column "The Health Expert Moment", one of the most debated topics: stress.
✅ Our organisms were not designed to be in a constant ‘’fight or flight’ mode all day every day. But there are also natural self-repair mechanisms which become active only when our organisms are in relaxation mode. Keep calm!
✅ You don’t need to be an expert to minimize stress and protect your health. You can do some things every day that will surely help you: take deep breaths, more frequent breaks, Disconnect from your devices and meditate
✅ Tips & tricks to start your stress management activities: identify sources of stress, physical activity on a constant basis, spend time with good friends and family in healthy relationships, make time for yourself and the activities that you enjoy and make changes for a better healthy lifestyle.
