Healthy Spine with myhive

How to effectively reduce the symptoms of a sedentary lifestyle.

We spend most of the day sitting down, exposing ourselves to various types of muscle contractures. That is why, in the final quarter of last year we invited the myhive community to "Healthy Spine" classes. A specially developed exercise program by a physiotherapist, aimed to sustain a positive effect on body posture, reduce pain in the spine area and effectively relax. The attendance showed that regularity brings effects, and after few weeks, participants felt relief in the area of ​​the spine. For the sake of our common safety, we had to suspend the classes. To continue the practice at home, each participant received special equipment: a relaxation ball for foot massage, wooden yoga cubes and myhive stretching straps.
