Dear myhive Community,
On March 10, 2026, we chopped, rolled, and tasted together in our clean eating workshop—and one thing became clear: healthy eating can be really easy.
In a relaxed atmosphere, we worked with our nutritionist to dispel typical nutrition myths and immersed ourselves in the world of unprocessed foods. The focus was not on restrictions or perfection, but on how a minimalist kitchen with few ingredients can benefit our bodies, support the gut microbiome, and give us more energy in everyday life.
The motto of the workshop: a maximum of five ingredients per dish – maximum flavor.
Together, we prepared three simple recipes suitable for everyday use:
🥗 Mediterranean protein bean bowl – a filling mixture of plant-based protein, fiber, and fresh ingredients, perfect for meal prep or lunch breaks.
🌯 Colorful summer rolls with clean dip – crunchy vegetables, light and fresh, ideal as a snack or light lunch.
⚡ Savory & sweet energy balls – quick energy without unnecessary additives, perfect for a little boost between meals.
In addition to lots of practical tips for uncomplicated nutrition, the participants were able to experience one thing above all else: how good it feels to briefly reset your routine and refocus on the essentials on your plate.
A workshop full of inspiration, new recipe ideas, and lots of enjoyment—we are already looking forward to the next cooking session together.
