Dear myhive Community,

The summer - and thus also the holiday season and the hot temperatures – is drawing to an end. However, especially the colorful season has a lot of sunshine and the hard-earned beach figure is also gladly trained beyond the summer.

Reason enough for us to organize an outstanding workout program again for autumn. Be it inner balance, muscle building or both – we have the appropriate workout for you.
Mindful Yoga with Caro Demetz, every Tuesday, 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.
Headset Yoga with Caro Demetz, every Thuersday, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Piloxing with Daniela Höflinger, every Tuesday, 6:15 - 7:10 p.m.
Tabata 2.0 - Look better naked with Stefan Knott, every monday, 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.

With these offers, the anticipation for autumn rises and we start motivated and fit into the cooler seasons. Because a well-formed body also increases the inner well-being. Just like always with those programs, places are limited – and we recommend a quick registration with our myhive-offices App.

Further information: Shower facilities are available for the early morning as well as for evening workouts. Mats, towels and beverages are not provided. Admittance starts five minutes before start of the course. Further information on the courses and on payment terms is provided by the trainer after the registration confirmation.
