Good Morning Yoga with Marcela

Activating Hata Yoga flows for a good start to the day. Yoga as part of the morning routine is a welcome change for the body and its everyday movements. Not only through the asanas in the yoga class, but also with tips and tricks for the workplace, which can be made more conscious and active.

The course will take place on September 3rd and September 17th from 8.00 a.m. to 8.45 a.m.

Where: mygym in WBS 9 (next to the terrace of The Roast)

Active Morning: Cardio Dance Workout with Marcela

Start your day full of energy with Latina Marcela and an activating cardio dance workout! With dynamic dance moves and motivating music, you'll activate your entire body and improve your stamina. This morning session combines fun, movement and coordination and gets your circulation going so you can start the day full of energy.

The course will take place on September 10th and September 24th from 8.00 a.m. to 8.45 a.m.

Where: mygym in WBS 9 (next to the terrace of The Roast)

After-work pump: BodyFit with Max

In just 50 minutes, Coach Max will push you to your individual limits with targeted exercises to activate your entire body. The session is made up of both strength-specific and endurance elements and will really work you out after a long day at work.

Accompanied by motivating music and additional equipment, we will help you get a little closer to your goals with every training session and lots of fun.

The course takes place every Tuesday, from September 3rd to September 24, 2024 from 17.40 p.m. to 18.30 p.m.

A few more tips:

  • Shower and changing facilities are available in our mygym. Please bring your own towels and drinks.
  • Admission is 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the course.
  • Please register individually for each course.
  • As places are limited, please only register if you really want to take part!
