MINDFUL YOGA with Caro
Caro, Advanced Yoga teacher, will guide you with 2 yoga programs into a balanced spring. No matter if you have yoga experience or not – Caro will consider individual needs and will provide her know-how in simple and well-structured manner.
Courses take place each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday starting in CW 14, from April 3rd to May 24th, 2018 (duration 8 weeks – except holidays May 1st, 2nd and 10th).
• MINDFUL Flow on Tuesday, 7.30-8.30 a.m.
• Headset Yoga on Wednesday, 6.40-7.40 p.m., and on Thursday, 5.15-6.15 p.m.

Tristyle-Your-Body with Elisabeth Niedereder
Muscle building and fitness are important parts of a holistic workout, and that’s why Tristyle-Your-Body enters its next stage.
First-timers as well as experienced people will take profit from training with their own body weight and will find their personal balance.
Courses take place each Tuesday, starting in CW 13, from March 27th to May 22nd, 2018 (duration 9 weeks – except holiday May 1st), 6.30-7.30 p.m.

Piloxing with instructor Daniela Höflinger
For all of you who have an idea of Piloxing but could not participate in the test workout, we have organised a course with instructor Daniela Höflinger. The course takes place each Monday, starting in CW 13, from March 26th to May 21st, 2018 (duration 9 weeks – except holidays April 2nd and May 21st), 5.30-6.30 p.m.

Rückenfit with Isabell Pirkelbauer
After long work days, sometimes your back will hurt. Besides piloxing, you have also the opportunity to do good to your back with Isabell Pirklbauer of GK-Firmenfit by workouts for you back musculature.
The course takes place each Thursday, starting in CW 13, from March 29th to May 24th, 2018 (duration 9 weeks – except holiday May 10th), 7.30-8.30 a.m.

Latin Dance Workout with Roger Mejias
Get in shape with hot Latin vibes! Latin Dance is not simply a mix of different dance styles like Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Samba & Reggaetón, it is a great workout for the cardiovascular system and coordination. This workout improves the dancing skills and trains the body. Roger is a professional trainer from Venezuela, and he has contributed on various TV-Shows and Musicals. For this course, no experience is needed, and beginners are welcome to join!

Information: Shower facilities are available for the early morning as well as for evening workouts. Mats, towels and beverages are not provided. Admittance starts five minutes before start of the course. Further information on the courses and on payment terms is provided by the trainer after the registration confirmation.
