Dear myhive Community,

with rising temperatures and more sunshine, not only the summer but also the ideal beach body shape is approaching. This time drives our desire for sun and beach, but it also motivates us to work on our body shape.

Reason enough for us to organize an outstanding workout program again for this pre-summer. Be it inner balance, muscle building or both – we have the appropriate workout starting in CW 23 (duration 5 weeks) for you.
Mindful Flow Yoga (Tuesday, 7.30 - 8.30 a.m.)
Headset Yoga (Thursday, 5.30 - 6.30 p.m.)
Pilates & Rückenfit (Thursday, 7.30 - 8.30 a.m.)
Piloxing (Tuesday, 6.15 - 7.15 p.m.)
Tabata 2.0 (Monday, 5.30 - 6.30 p.m.)
Latin Dance Workout (Monday, 6.35 - 7.35 p.m.)

With those offers, you do not even need to overcome your weaker self – as there’s an offer for everybody. Just like always with those programs, places are limited – and we recommend a quick registration at julia.jacobs@myhive-offices.com or using the myhive-offices App.

Further information: Shower facilities are available for the early morning as well as for evening workouts. Mats, towels and beverages are not provided. Admittance starts five minutes before start of the course. Further information on the courses and on payment terms is provided by the trainer after the registration confirmation.
