We organized again an outstanding workout program for the myhive community!
Dear myhive Community,
the first sport courses are already ending in fall. After a short and well-deserved break, all sports fans will be able to continue from mid-October.
The courses and trainers remain the same, the motivation is ready, and our body wants to be trained further. The only difference is the course duration: instead of the usual 6 weeks, we have extended the courses to 7/8 weeks. Be it inner balance, muscle building or both: With our myhive sports courses we have the appropriate fitness workout for you:
Mindful Yoga with Caro Demetz, every Tuesday, 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. (duration 8 weeks)
Headset Yoga with Caro Demetz, every Thuersday, 5:15 - 6:15 p.m. (duration 7 weeks)
Piloxing with Daniela Höflinger, every Tuesday, 6:15 - 7:10 p.m. (duration 8 weeks)
Tabata 2.0 - Look better naked with Stefan Knott, every monday, 5:30 - 6:15 p.m. (duration 8 weeks)
The appropriate training increases your general well-being and keeps you fit even in fall and winter. And because the courses last into the Advent season, we are also looking forward to enjoying punch and Christmas cookies at the same time. Because: Those who keep fit deserve the Christmas treats all the more.
Just like always with those programs, places are limited – and we recommend a quick registration with our myhive-offices App.
Further information: Shower facilities are available for the early morning as well as for evening workouts. Mats, towels and beverages are not provided. Admittance starts five minutes before start of the course. Further information on the courses and on payment terms is provided by the trainer after the registration confirmation.
