myhive says WELCOME BACK to the Wienerberg!

Back at work - and yet still under new circumstances. Our new restrictions and security measures for the time being.

We have gone through very special weeks - exciting and tense, full of open questions and rapid changes. We have probably all asked ourselves sometimes: How will things continue? And we all showed great commitment and patience. Thanks for that to the whole community!

But now we prepare for the comeback of the year: The myhive community is coming back. This is something very special for all of us: Back at work, meeting dear people again, picking up familiar habits - and yet still under new circumstances. One thing is for sure: myhive is fully there for the community. But there are still a few restrictions and security measures for the time being.

Here are the most important information at a glance:

For a safe working environment, please observe the following rules:

  • PROTECTION: In the general areas, mouth and nose protection (this also includes cloths or scarves) must be worn. This also applies to the lifts.
  • DISTANCE: Keep at least 1.5 meters distance to other people. Avoid physical contact such as shaking hands.
  • HYGIENE: Wash and disinfect hands at least once an hour. Do not touch your face - especially mouth, eyes, nose - with your fingers. Hygienic sneezing and coughing into a handkerchief or into the crook of your arm, but not into your hands.

Use of the lifts:

  • The above rules PROTECTION, DISTANCE and HYGIENE apply equally in front of and inside the lifts, including:
    • Wearing mouth and nose protection (including masks, scarves or shawls you bring yourself).
    • Keeping at least 1.5 meters distance to other persons.
    • A maximum of 3 persons may stay in an elevator car for the offices at the same time. In the elevator car of the garages a maximum of 2 persons.
  • Due to the distance rule, longer waiting times may occur in front of the lifts in the Twin Towers. Access to the lift waiting area is reduced to just one turnstile.
  • Please wait with the appropriate distance in front of the locks / in front of the lifts if several people are already waiting for the lift.

Technical measures that we have implemented for you:

  • Office ventilation systems: Air volumes and operating times of the ventilation systems were extended. All ventilation systems run 100% with fresh air, there is no recirculation operation. In the period March/April all systems were maintained unscheduled and all filters were replaced. The supply air humidity has been increased according to expert specifications.
  • Condensed cleaning intervals for restrooms, lifts, lift lobbies and bicycle storage.

Distribution of oronasal masks: Starting with May 5th, fabric masks will be distributed free of charge in the mornings. One mask per person is provided while stocks last.

Hand disinfection: Starting with May, we will set up several stands with hand disinfectant. Your safety has priority!
