Dear myhive Community, 

It is with great pleasure that we can announce that we will be welcoming a new restaurant starting September: Fat Monk! We have taken your wishes to heart and tried to implement them accordingly. 

If you're looking for a varied and quick lunch idea, Fat Monk is just the place for you. The pop-up store at myhive is the eighth store in Vienna. Fat Monk - Deli Bowls offers internationally inspired bowls, which are refined with seasonal ingredients and regional preparation methods. The bowls consist of a rice base, high-quality proteins, fresh vegetables and fruit, crunchy toppings and vegan homemade creams. Particularly popular are the extravagant ingredients such as chilli cabbage, sweet potato puree or edamame falafel and rediscovered vegetables such as the primal carrot. You can choose from finely composed signature bowls or simply create your own bowl as desired. In addition, there are constantly changing seasonal special bowls. By the way: all dressings and creams are vegan and there is a huge selection of vegetable bowls and proteins. Bowl Appétit!
