Dear myhive community,
On July 31, the myhive community was part of a real cinema highlight at Cineplexx Wienerberg: The exclusive pre-premiere of the movie “Die Rückkehr des Daumens” by Flo Convey, which has been produced without any aid money by three young movie makers.
On top there was a champagne reception for chatting with cast and crew and - a must for a cinema visit - free popcorn. At 6.30 pm the myhive community met in the Cineplexx foyer and enjoyed the feel-good atmosphere with champagne, popcorn and exciting conversations. Afterwards, at 8 pm we went - with more than 250 guests - to cinema room 4, which was provided exclusively by Cineplexx Wienerberg for this evening.
The movie tells the story of the hard-nosed thumb wrestling trainer "Coach Steve", who wants to take the last chance to win the Austrian Championship of Thumb Sports with the help of his new protégé. But this proves to be not so easy…
The myhive community enjoyed the evening fully and let it end in a pleasant atmosphere during subsequent conversations about the film. Many thanks to the producers and Cineplexx Wienerberg for this successful evening and the unique cinema experience.
