we are delighted to share some delicious news with you: In a few days, we will be welcoming Pinsalino, our new pop-up restaurateur at myhive am Wienerberg! 🎉
From February 11, Pinsalino will spoil you every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with hearty delicacies straight from "Bella Italia" - in the former Dussmann space.
The Pinsa - a special specialty
The Pinsa differs from the classic pizza not only in its oval shape, but above all in its unusual ingredients:
- A dough made from wheat, soy and rice flour as well as sourdough
- An extra-long rising time of 72 hours, which ensures a particularly light, airy and wholesome texture
