myhive Charity Christmas Campaign - Regenbogental

Dear myhive community,

This year is slowly coming to an end and the Christmas season is just around the corner. As part of our myhive charity Christmas campaign, this time we are opening our hearts to a very special place and asking for your support:

Therapiehof Regenbogental accompanies children and their families with animal co-therapists in difficult times such as illness & death and is a place to cry & laugh, grieve & comfort. The team tries to give those affected strength and new perspectives and is happy about every donation!

The Regenbogental therapy center is easily accessible in Leobersdorf, south of Vienna, and offers a 3.5 hectare adventure forest, indoor and outdoor therapy areas, direct access to the river and lots of exercise opportunities for our clients, with and without animals.

In order to make this offer possible for all children and families - even those who cannot afford it financially - the non-profit association Regenbogental relies on the support of donations.

How you can help:

1. DONATE IN KIND

The animals and the therapy center are happy to receive donations in kind. You can hand these in at our Welcome Desk by December 10 . We will collect everything and take it to the Regenbogental in person on December 11 .

Here is a selection of materials and food - everything is needed more than once.

For therapeutic use:

• Sneaky animals (all animals except farm animals)

• Horse muesli

• Topteam meadow cobs 25kg e.g. from the Leobersdorf feed barn
• Cat snack sticks
• Oat flakes for our chickens
• Vouchers from the Leobersdorf feed barn or feed store and from the Loesdau equestrian sports shop

2. SPONSORSHIPS

The animals from Regenbogental perform a very responsible task as co-therapists. Some of them have not had an easy past themselves. Perhaps that is why they are able to empathize so well with the needs of our clients.

The species-appropriate keeping and mental hygiene of the animals has top priority. Care, food, training and regular training are associated with ongoing costs. The recurring veterinary costs should not be underestimated either.

The monthly donation for an animal sponsorship is for:

• rabbit, chicken or cat, € 20.00 each
• Goat or llama, € 70.00 each
• Horse, € 150.00 each

The amount can also be transferred annually.

For private donations: If name, address and date of birth are given with the transfer, we will report the donation to the tax office.
