myhive Bicycle Check

Dear myhive community,
 
our bike rooms at myhive am Wienerberg are already filling up, which is why we have once again organized a great offer for our sporty myhive community: a bike service to check all bikes for their suitability.
 
On April 9 and 10, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., you have the opportunity to have your bike checked by certified experts from Die Radbox e.U. in the respective bike rooms in order to cycle fit through the warm season.
 
The registration should be divided as follows:
 
April 9: Twin Tower bike room - For tenants in the towers.
 
April 10: Urban Garden bike room - for tenants in the surrounding offices.
 
If you are unable to attend one of the days due to working from home, you can of course also book the other day.

The free check-up comprises the following services:

• Checking the handlebar, stem and steering for tightness and retightening if necessary
• Adjusting the saddle and retightening
• Checking brakes and readjusting if necessary
• Checking the lightning system
• Checking the pedals and retightening if necessary
• Cleaning and lubricating the chain
• Checking the gear system
• Checking tires and inflating if necessary
• Checking the wheel nuts and quick release for tightness
• Checking if the bike is in compliance with the StVO (Road Traffic Act)

The owner will be informed in case that a bike shows major defects and extensive repair is needed. He is obliged to bear any costs of subsequent maintenance by himself if he orders it.

As spaces are limited , registration via the myhive app is essential!

The lockers can also be rented for permanent use for €15 per month. The remaining lockers can be used free of charge between 06:00 and 22:00, after which they are vacated. The bike lockers are rented through the property management. If you are interested, please contact Simone Hauberl, Simone.Hauberl@cbre.com.
 
Our bike rooms in the Twin Tower and Urban Garden offer charging facilities for e-bikes as well as showers and changing facilities.
