Dear myhive community,

focused on running technique and strengthening exercises, this workout is led by Lissi and Stefan who both are famous for their courses at Tristyle-Your-Body.

Warm up – easy, slow jogging – starts at the myhive Twin Towers and lasts five to ten minutes. Then, special running technique exercises and strengthening elements will follow, combining power and endurance and boosting participant’s metabolism.

High calorie consumption, body lifting and helpful running technique insights – those are the ingredients for a perfect summer body shape.

Running distances are short, so this workout is also a great opportunity for newcomers who want to try running for the first time.

Workouts take place from 5.30 to 6.30 p.m., meeting point is at the myhive Welcome Desk, please arrive already dressed in your running gear.

Workout offer: 4 units for a total of 49 Euro.

Start is always at the time indicated above on the following days: March 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th, 2018.

The workout is confirmed if at least 10 persons take part, reservations are not transferable.
