Mental strength has now more than ever season. That's why we offer a free Yoga session - as always with our lovely Caro, Advanced Yoga Teacher.

Please prepare:
  • Laptop or tablet (if not available: Smartphone) with Internet connection and possibly headphones
  • Yoga mat or bath towel
  • 30 minutes time

These weeks are an opportunity for many people to reflect and rethink. From an I approach to a We approach. Yoga and meditation can help enormously. Because it’s all about recognizing opportunities and experiencing change in a positive way and actively shaping it.
