We are pleased to announce that our restaurateur FatMonk is celebrating its 1st anniversary this month.
It's been an exciting year full of delicious bowls, salads and lots of specials.
To celebrate, we asked Samuel Zinggl, Managing Director of FatMonk, 5 questions:
How long have you been at the location?
We've been at myhive am Wienerberg for a year now. Originally, we had only planned a pop-up store for 6 months, but then we were positively surprised by the location, so we decided to stay for the long term.
What is your favorite bowl?
Currently the Vegan Bowlrrito! Although I'm not vegan, the taste of the planted kebab and the bowl itself won me over.
How long does it take you to put together a bowl?
Our aim is to finish a bowl in 40-50 seconds. I do my best 😊
How many tenants do you already know by name?
Quite a few by now! Between 80 and 85% are regulars who come to us several times a week. Of course, it's especially nice when you already know the guests' eating habits, which makes the work all the more fun.
What's new at FatMonk?
We always try to integrate seasonal ingredients or components into our new bowls. In winter, we will of course be offering soup again. Guests can also look forward to a new salad bowl.
