Dear myhive Community,

since decades, Silicon Valley has been one of the world's most important innovation hotspots for many reasons. And because the biggest companies worldwide are controlled and managed there, understanding this special place is highly exciting.

That's why we invited Niki Ernst to our next Expert Breakfast on October 11, 2018, who will give us insights into the topic "Culture Clash - What we can learn from Silicon Valley culturally".

Asked what Niki prefers to do, the answer will be: "change people's lives". What began while his intensive cooperation with the global conference network TED/TEDx has found its dream environment in San Francisco: To work with people very intensively to understand the future in a more excellent manner, perhaps even to help shaping it.

And that is the effect of his tours in Silicon Valley: A maximum of 10 people attend a program of up to 5 meetings per day with speakers from his coaching program "my school of Talk". At the same time, he founded a company in the energy sector, launched the first pop-up hearing aid and built a network of opinion leaders who share approaches and thoughts in all questions of life that are made accessible to every Internet user in the world via this network.
