In December, we prepared a topic with a promising future in order to round off the successful year with our Expert Breakfast: On December 12, 2019, Sebastian Körber gave insights into the challenging and at the same time exciting topic "How to lead Generation Y".
In search of the meaning of life and at the same time unique in their self-perception - Generation Y is challenging for many employers. In his interactive lecture, Sebastian Körber showed us what potential the generation has and how to recognize and use it for oneself.
According to the John Maxwell model "The 5 Levels of Leadership", good examples were used to illustrate how leaders can understand Generation Y and thus increase success. A fitting quote sums up this theory perfectly: "You must know where you are, to know where you're going."
As always, a typical Sebastian Körber talk, peppered with provocation, humor and not a second of boredom, awaited us. Many thanks for this informative breakfast - we are already looking forward to many more in the new year 2020.
